The purpose for which the Corporation is organized is:

to protect and promote the best interests of the residents

to promote  and strive for the improvement and betterment of all public facilities and services

to promote and encourage a better community and civic spirit

to foster goodwill and friendship between all the residents of said area

to cooperate with county, state, and federal officals and with other civic and public organizations for the general welfare of the entire community

to do deal in and with any and all other things necessary and desirable, consistent with these purposes.
