Vital Records

Birth and death records are maintained by the Virginia Department of Health in Richmond. Death records for Fairfax County are also kept for five years at the Joseph Willard Health Center, 3750 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax, 246-7100. Applications for either certificate can be obtained at any County HEALTH DEPARTMENT* office.
