## Before copying files
- Choose domain and hosting document root.
- Choose hub name, colors, short tagline, and geographic scope.
- Identify launch contacts and content sources.

## Files to update first
- `data/hub-config.json`
- `index.html`
- `places.html`
- `history.html` or local heritage equivalent
- `directory.html`
- `events.html`
- `resources.html`
- `launch.html`
- `sitemap.xml`
- `robots.txt`

## Quality check
- Navigation works on desktop and mobile.
- No Mt. Vernon-only copy remains on the second hub.
- Contact links point to the correct address.
- Submit flows name the new hub.
- Footer and legal pages match the new domain.
