# Hub #2 Launch Sequence

1. Choose the candidate town.
2. Complete the town setup worksheet.
3. Copy the `/template/` and `/next-hub/` starter materials.
4. Update the site config, homepage copy, navigation labels, and starter data.
5. Build 5-7 essential pages: Home, About, Events, Directory, Places, Submit, Contact.
6. Add launch, newsletter, sponsor, and partner pages.
7. Soft launch with a small review group.
8. Collect corrections and local additions.
9. Publish the launch announcement.
10. Move the new hub into the portfolio tracker.
