Content Workflow

A simple editorial path from community submission to published public resource.

This page turns the hub into a real operating model: every item has a source, a category, a review stage, and a publication decision.

Intake stages

The v19 editorial workflow.

  1. Receive — submission comes through the form, email, partner channel, or editor note.
  2. Triage — classify as event, listing, story, resource, alert, sponsor, or partner update.
  3. Verify — check date, source, location, contact details, and public relevance.
  4. Edit — clean tone, length, headings, links, and accessibility.
  5. Schedule — assign homepage, newsletter, event, directory, or archive placement.
  6. Publish — push to site files or future CMS/data source.
  7. Review — periodically refresh, archive, or promote based on usefulness.
